Keep in mind that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product.  Make sure to always store your jewelry in their sturdy JBN Boxes or jewelry case for optimal preservation of your pieces.

• Repairing prongs (if damaged/broken)

• Replacing CZ Diamonds, in case of loss of Diamonds due to impact or wear and tear

• Thorough professional cleaning of the item

• Checking for internal damage, if any

• Repolishing
