We sell through our online channels only; i,e, website, Etsy and Instagram. This is how we're able to sell luxury-quality products at a fraction of the price of traditional luxury brands. We know that nothing compares to seeing something in real life though. If you'd

2. Which countries do you ship your items?

We ship Internationally (from India) through DHL Express and UPS shipping services. Please see the shipping and return section for full details.

3. Do you take custom orders?

We LOVE custom orders! Jewelry can be made by your description of style, gems and materials and size. You can ask for adjustments to an existing design or we can create together something from scratch! Just write to us and we can discuss the details !

4. Do you offer payment by installment?

We currently do not offer payment by installment.

5. Do you have a COD option?

YES! We do have cash on deleivry option available for orders coming from India. 

6. Will I need to pay custom fees/taxes?

International buyers may have to pay additional taxes and fees enforced by your home country, depending on your local customs regulations and the price of the item(s) purchased. These fees are not included in our shipping fees. Upon checkout, you will be charged only for the cost of the purchased items and their shipping (if the order is not eligible for free shipping).

7. Can you make the same design in another metal finish?

It depends on the availability of materials. Do check it out with us! We'll always go the extra mile to make sure you get what you desire!

8. Which materials do you use?

Currently, all our jewellery are in 925 lab tested sterling silver, 18k gold vermeil and rose
gold vermeil. Apart from this, we make use of ethically sourced natural gemstones. Gold vermeil is the affordable alternative to solid gold jewellery. It is the hottest luxury jewellery trend happening now as it strikes the perfect balance between quality & value. Gold Vermeil is a high quality type of gold plated jewellery, with sterling silver as the base metal. Jewels By Nimisha’s 18k gold vermeil jewellery has additional anti-tarnish coating which makes it more durable. Gold vermeil is 5x thicker than regular “gold plated” jewellery and 100x thicker than regular “flash-plated” jewellery. It means, JBN’s 18k gold vermeil piece will outlast regular gold plated and flash plated jewellery by many

9. How do I check and ensure the perfect size for me?

All item descriptions have clear and precise measurements. The item photographs are enlarged to provide clear detail and thus stones may appear larger in the photographs. Please check our sizing charts to find your best fit.

10. Help! My checkout currency switched to INR!

There's absolutely nothing to worry about! You will pay the exact amount in your currency- we bear all transaction and conversion fees. Our E-store is linked with our bank in Jaipur, India. That's why it shows you the final amount in INR.
